The two-day season finale launches out of Kissimmee. Matthew Gunn won the previous Division 21 stop, on Lake Toho, May 2.

SWFWMD's modified Phase III "Extreme" water shortage restrictions remain mandatory through July 1 across Polk County and the rest of west-central Florida. Irrigation is limited to once per week by address, private wells included.
Lake levels across the Winter Haven Chain are low. Check dock clearance, and expect thin water in the canals between the southern and northern chains.
The Florida Department of Health issued a blue-green algae advisory in early May for Northwest Recreation Pond in Apopka. Avoid contact with water where bloom is visible.
