Docks & Seawalls on Lake Down

Lake Down — Butler Chain entry point, Windermere. We build docks and seawalls to the water in front of you, not to a template.

What we build here

Built for Lake Down, not a brochure

New builds and repairs sized to this lake's wake, depth, and bottom.

Vinyl and repair work engineered to the soil behind your wall.

Riprap, grading, and plantings that stop the lake from taking the yard.

Notes from the Horizon

We write about the water we work on — the history, the characters, the reasons people stay.

Lake Down

The only public boat ramp on the entire Butler Chain of Lakes sits on Lake Down — and it almost didn't stay there
